One magical night each year downtown New Port Richey transforms into a Tropical Party Zone! With over 12,000 people attending last year, this festival is one of the HOTTEST events in town!

Bright House Networks Night In The Tropics is a Key West style street party with a good-times Caribbean atmosphere, and one of Greater New Port Richey Main Street's most popular events. It will take place on Friday, August 10th from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. in historic Downtown New Port Richey. The main features  of the party are live music on  three distinct stages – Havana Stage, Margaritaville Stage and Cavalaire Stage -  a classic car cruise-in, food vendors selling scrumptious food, as well as other vendors selling tropical arts and crafts. There are two Tropical Beer Gardens hosted by the members of the Sunrise Keystone Rotary Club featuring Budweiser and Bacardi products and a Cigar Hut where folks can kick back and enjoy their " KUBA Cigars ".

Another popular feature of Bright House Networks A Night In The Tropics, is the Island Hoppers Club, where true partygoers join an elite group, receive custom commemorative t-shirts sponsored by Gold's Gym , fun beads and light-up medallions, two tickets for our own special created-for-the-event tropical drink, the Island Hoppers Punch. Island Hoppers members can also participate in a 'find the clues treasure hunt' taking them through the event site for their island hopper' answers, competing to enter a drawing for the coveted Treasure Chest, with prizes worth over $300.00!
